Visit With Santa visit reminders are text messages from North Pole Innovations Inc, doing business as Visit With Santa and VisitWithSanta.com ("us", "we", or "our").

What we text

When you book a video visit with Santa, you can give us your mobile number and tick the box to get texts about that visit. We send reminders before the visit starts and the link to join it. We don't send marketing texts. Getting texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

How often

Up to 3 texts for each visit you book. Message frequency varies with the number of visits you book.

Cost

We don't charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop them. We send one text to confirm, and then no more. To start again, reply START, or tick the box the next time you book.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
